January Additions

I have not been sharing my uploads after I have finished adding a picture file to some products. I am still in pain from the fall I took in July, and I have a limited amount of time I can be at my desk or on my foot. I have been doing the uploading later in the day and I didn’t think that having the artwork posted late in the evening to news-feeds would get a lot of views. Especially since the hosts are making it more difficult for anyone to share any post with their followers and friends.  I thought that I would give a monthly morning blog post a try, to see if it would make a difference in getting some extra viewers.

So, for the month of January, these were the images that were added to my Society6 account.  Society6 has no option for sharing a product thumbnail, so you are going to have to head on over to my shop to have a better look at the photographs and digital paintings.  When visiting the shop, using this sorting option is the best way to see the newest artworks:  New – Wall Art- Art Prints.

Over on Zazzle, I added a painting of two tiny dragons perched on a mushroom that has sprouted from a Birch Tree. One dragon is asleep, while the other keeps watch.  This painting is available on many of the products offered by Zazzle for decorating your home or office, and there are also many gift giving choices too.

Enjoy the rest of your week. And if you were able to view the spectacular moon event today, count yourself LUCKY. I was not even planning on trying to watch the Bloody-Blue Moon-Eclipse, because it is cloud cover for days, and rain for a year here. I will be looking for photos to look at later on.

Maudslay State Park

This past Monday we went out for a hike a little closer to home. We took to a few of the trails in Maudslay State Park, which is located in Newburyport, Massachusetts. There is over 400 acres of land to cover in this park, we did not walk all of it. We liked the park, and we will be looking forward to visiting the park in the spring and in the summer. Maybe we will even go during the winter, the hills look like they might be fun to slide down. 🙂
There are various fields to play in, trails to walk on, and waterways to view. We did see a few does in one distant field. A few playful squirrels, some small birds and a bullying bluejay. There is a section of woodlands closed off for Bald Eagles, but we did not see any. 😦 Which is to bad, but we did have one fly across our car on the way up to the White Mountains on Sunday.
